It was fairly clean with very very helpful and caring staff. Location: the hotel was really close to the center of Yerevan, 24/7 supermarket, public transport and restaurants and all landmarks in downtown.

We had central heating, a microwave oven, and a fridge in the apartment. It was cheap, we thoroughly enjoyed the view of courtyard from the window.

Loved our rooms with private bathroom. The staff were very amiable and caring day and night.

The room with private bathroom. The location was absolutely perfect, not too far away from Bickham-Rudkin Park. There were a shopping mall and a big shopping mall around the hotel. The restaurant was amazing, and the staff especially helpful and extremely helpful.

It was surely a really really nice stay at 1 night each. The room was cheap and tidy, with a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge. All of the staff members were incredibly nice and amicable. The location in the middle of the town was good and excellent.
